Outstanding customer service

Flew into Sanford Orlando not realizing our rental car company didn’t pick up there. Jojo saw us wandering around and inquired as to what we were looking for.
At that point we realized we were in trouble. Jojo not only educated us on how it happened but also offered a ride to the rental car place. The fare was very reasonable and he offered to book our return ride in advance.
A quick text to reassure us the night before our departing flight and he was outside the rental car place at 4:30 a.m.
We couldn’t be happier with the service and the drivers great attitude. Would highly recommend to anyone.
